INSTRUCTOR CERTIFICATION PROGRAM

We believe the best teachers are committed to being eternal students.  This program is designed to provide you with the tools needed to build a strong foundation in your yoga practice and prepare you to share it with others.

The program will be accessible, educational, and inspiring. This life changing experience begins in October and continues through June. We meet the first weekend of the month except for holidays and a portion of the training is done online. You will be immersed in daily physical and mental practices, discussions, human anatomy

& movement study, fun group experiences, yoga principles, philosophies, and teaching methodologies.
