Gentle (no experience required, great if you just need a chill yoga day)
Gentle Yoga provides a friendly and supportive environment for beginners who want the fundamentals, as well as for practicing yogis looking to refresh the basics. Classes explore standard yoga poses with clear alignment information, breath work, and mindfulness techniques. We put it all together through simple sequences that link body, mind, and breath. In every class we’ll focus on stretching, strengthening, balancing, opening, releasing stress, and practicing deep relaxation. Yoga Basics is welcoming to all body styles, ages, and capabilities.
This "breath connected to movement" class is inspired by Ashtanga, but with more eclectic sequencing. Linking movement with breath to creates a moving meditation. We will begin by moving into a series of Sun Salutations. This class will include fundamental standing postures, balance postures and incorporate postures from the primary and intermediate series depending on the students level. We will close with backbends, inversions and a relaxing restorative savasana. All levels welcome.
Restore (supported relaxing postures)
Restorative Yoga is a gentle, calming, therapeutic practice that soothes the nervous system and releases physical and mental tension. Props such as blankets, blocks, bolsters, and straps support the body in gentle stretching sequences and nurturing, sustained postures that ease the entire system into relaxation and balance. Restorative Yoga is perfect for beginners and a great complement for more experienced practitioners. It can help heal the effects of chronic stress and fatigue, support recovery from illness or injury, and aid in navigating anxiety and stress.
Yoga Flow & Heated Yoga Flow
This energetic flow synchronizes the movements of the breath with a dynamic sequence of connected yoga postures, which are joined together in a smooth, flowing way. The instructor will lead you through movement on each inhale or and exhale. It is a vigorous practice that will challenge and energize you with its focus on building strength and concentration as you move through powerful sequences. This class is meant to challenge you, make you sweat, and have some fun! Classes designated heated are in *85-90 degree room.
Yin Yoga (passive, longer held postures designed to increase flexibility)
Yin Yoga is a quiet, meditative practice with an emphasis on the hips and spine developed to penetrate deep into connective tissue expanding flexibility and aiding healing. Through mindful muscle relaxation, Yin promotes the healthy flow of energy through the connective tissue in the body. Postures are held for longer periods to give practitioners the opportunity to observe and bring awareness to the breath and sensations in the body. Yin is a wonderful compliment to a more vigorous yoga practice, running, cycling, or other more active pursuits. Essential Oils may be integrated into the class.
Mat Pilates is done on the floor using an exercise or yoga mat and utilizes controlled breathing and body-weight movements to build core strength. Mat Pilates exercises are performed in a slow, controlled, precise manner and require an intense concentration. These exercises help strengthen the body's core by developing pelvic and scapula stability, and abdominal control. Mat Pilates can help achieve a variety of fitness goals including: improved flexibility, muscle tone, balance, spinal support, low back health, sports performance, and body-mind awareness.
All levels yoga flow with the intention of community, connection, and reflection on the grace and love of our God the creator. Meditation on Scripture and always a positive message and uplifting. This practice focuses on not only improving your physical body but your emotional and spiritual body as well. This class is led at the Riverfront weather permitting.
Fun, Energetic and empowering class uses yoga, weights and then a ballet barre to stretch, sculpt and tone the body. This effective workout blends elements from different exercise styles including ballet, pilates, and yoga. Engage all your muscles in this upbeat 45 minute class.
This unique combination of yoga and strength training designed to create a full-body workout. Combining traditional yoga poses and principles with strength training, this high-intensity workout will leave you feeling stronger, refreshed and uplifted.
A combination class, a fast-paced stationary-cycle workout followed by Yoga, Barre or HIIT

This calorie-scorching workout fuses power yoga with cardio-intensive tribal dance + body sculpting primal movement. BUTI utilizes the Spiral Structure Technique to sculpt + tone the deep abdominal muscles that stabilize and strengthen the body. Instead of linear movements, this class favors movements that challenge the body along all planes of motion - THE RESULT - long, lean muscle.
