A 45-minute “energetic” yoga flow with the intention of unconditional love for ourselves. The practice starts slow and gradually increases pace, focusing on building strength & balance. The poses include variations of sun salutations, warriors and poses that prepare us for grasshopper pose. Class lead by Allison.
